Return Process

    Request an RMA

    Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, as we cannot accept any shipments without this unique identifier.

    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the items in their original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your shipping box and send the package to our designated returns center using a trackable carrier.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned goods for quality and completeness, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
