How long does shipping take for large equipment?

Standard shipping for vinyl cutters and printers typically takes 3-7 business days. Freight shipments may require additional time for scheduling and lift-gate delivery.

What is your return policy on software and hardware?

Unopened hardware can be returned within 30 days subject to a restocking fee. Please note that opened software and downloaded license keys are non-refundable due to licensing restrictions.

Do you offer technical support for new setups?

Yes, we provide comprehensive technical support via phone, email, and live chat. Many of our equipment packages also include complimentary remote setup assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers. For professional equipment, we also offer competitive financing and leasing options through our partners.

Can I track my supply order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status and history by logging into your account dashboard.

Do you ship internationally?
