The Mimaki TxF300-75 redefines industrial textile production by combining the rock-solid reliability of its predecessor with a massive 300% increase in productivity. Featuring a wide 80 cm printing capacity, this high-speed Direct-to-Film (DTF) solution is specifically engineered to overcome industry-wide challenges like ink clogging and nozzle failure through its innovative MCTv2 white ink circulation and vacuum-sealed degassing ink packs. To ensure your production line never stops, the TxF300-75 integrates Mimaki’s signature NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) and NRS (Nozzle Recovery System), which automatically monitor and compensate for nozzle defects in real-time. Paired with ECO PASSPORT-certified PHT50 pigment inks (available in five colors: CMYK+White), this printer doesn't just deliver rapid-fire output; it ensures your transfers meet the rigorous OEKO-TEX® international safety standards, making it the ultimate powerhouse for high-volume, eco-conscious garment decoration.

• 3-Way Intelligent Heater: Pre- and print heaters control the spread of ink on the media for blur free image quality and post heater accelerates drying of ink.
• New Pinch Roller System: Fine-tuned pressure of pinch rollers enabling stable DTF film feeding.
• Nozzle Check Unit (NCU): Automatically checks and detects clogged nozzles and starts cleaning function to recover them.
• Nozzle Recovery System (NRS): When Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) cannot recover clogged nozzle by cleaning function, the Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) automatically substitutes defective nozzles with working ones to ensure constant image quality and uninterrupted production.
• OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT Certification: PHT50 thermal pigment inks are OEKO-TEX® certified. Ensuring the inks are free from any chemicals that could be harmful to human health. PHT50 inks are suitable to print skin-friendly clothing and other textiles for end users.

Important: Mimaki printers are designed to use a single ink type at a time (e.g., eco-solvent, dye-sublimation, UV). Once an ink type has been installed, switching to another requires complete system flushing and cleaning. Always consult your user manual and follow Mimaki’s official procedures. Improper ink changes may damage the printer and void your warranty.
