30 Degree Mimaki Swivel Blade for PVC Sheet

This 30 Degree Mimaki Vinyl Swivel Blade is compatible with the Mimaki CJV & UCJV printer/cutters. This high-quality 30-degree blade will not break under high cutting pressure, and features a shallow cutting angle ideal for cutting delicate, thin films, and media and PVC sheet material.  A 30-degree vinyl cutter blade is a specialty blade used for material that is 1-2 mils thick.  When you see a decay in cutting quality it may be time for a replacement blade. Replacing your blade regularly enables cleaner cuts, finer lines, and better product output. If you are changing the blade angle, don't forget to change the offset settings in your vinyl cutter.
