Mimaki PHT50 DTF Ink Cartridges
Mimaki PHT50 is a specially formulated ink that prints directly on a DTF-specific films, then is seamlessly hot-melt powdered and heat-treated to combine and create a transferable sheet layer. Mimaki has attained the "ECO PASSPORT" certification from OEKO-TEX® for its PHT50 heat transfer pigment ink. The PHT50 ink features a degassed aluminum pack which was designed for more stable printing and fewer ink ejection defects.
Mimaki's PHT50 ink is used in the TxF150 & TxF300 DTF printers. It is used to make DTF Transfers for shirts and other apparel, as well as totes and caps. Similar to silk screen printing, DTF is a less labor-intensive process and allows for more versatility with colors and designs.
