Chemica HotMark Print Revolution HTV is a superior high performance printable heat transfer vinyl or t-shirt vinyl that can be applied on an amazing variety of fabrics. It's versatile, yet thin, soft, and stretchable. HotMark Print Revolution HTV not only offers amazing print quality, but it simple and easy to apply. It can be applied to cotton in just five seconds, and it's low application temperature means it is ideal for heat-sensitive fabrics. It has an opaque matte finish and is applicable to both light and dark garments. Chemica HotMark Print Revolution HTV is suitable for high-resolution digital inkjet printing with solvent and eco-solvent inks. 

Due to it's self-adhesive clear polyester liner, Chemica HotMark Print Revoltuion is amazingly easy to cut and weed. Chemica HotMark Print Revoltuion is the printable heat transfer vinyl busy decorators can use with confidence. This printable HTV material is ideal for decorating most league jerseys, corporate logos, graphic shirts, performance apparel, bags, and more and can be applied to cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends, acrylic blends, Nylon, and other similar fabrics.

Application Directions: Design and print your image right reading (not mirrored). Set your printing temperature to 113°F and drying temperature to 122°F. Remove the product from the printer and wait for the complete drying of inks at room temperature, at least 4 hours. Cut design with a standard 45° plotter blade, and weed Chemica HotMark Print Revolution printable Heat Transfer Vinyl application. Pre-heat garment for 2-3 seconds. Use a medium-low tack transfer tape to place Chemica HotMark Print Revolution application on garment.  A teflon sheet should always be placed between the heat platen and the plastic carrier sheet to prevent sticking and edge damage to the transferred design. For quick press cotton apply heat at 285° F for 5 seconds on medium pressure. Peel transfer tape hot. See applications tab for instructions for other fabrics. 


Wash Instructions: Wait 24 hours before first wash. Turn garment inside out. Machine wash on warm or cold with mild detergent. NO bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Can be dry cleaned. Instructions apply to the material only. Please follow garment washing instructions as well.
