Arlon DPF 8200X High Tack Industrial Grade with Air Egress Printable Vinyl
Arlon DPF 8200X High Tack is a satin white, high-tensile, PVC film with aggressive, bubble releasing, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. With the combination of a unique low-shrink, high tack adhesive system and bubble releasing X-Scape Technology®, DPF 8200X High Tack will adhere especially well to smooth surfaces along with slightly textured wall substrates such as brick, tile, and concrete. The film is made of a 100% engineering-grade facestock with a polycoated, low profile air-egress, lay-flat liner. X-Scape Technology® will allow trapped air to escape easily leading to a time-saving application. The unique low-shrink adhesive system enhances dimensional stability, improving printer handling and converting time. Designed to adhere to slightly textured outdoor wall substrates such as brick, tile, and concrete, the film also has exceptional performance on low surface energy substrates such as polypropelyne, polyethylene, and powder coated paints. Using Arlon’s recommended installation tips for walls, the film conforms well to flat surfaces with slight contours. Arlon DPF 8200X high tack industrial grade printable vinyl is available in a satin finish, is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV curable inks and has and a durability of up to 7 years.
